I received your notice that you'll be vacating at the end of the lease. Let me explain the move-out process.

For a fixed-term lease ending on its natural date, you need to give at least fourteen days' notice. Your notice is well within that timeframe.

The property needs to be in the same condition as when you moved in, aside from fair wear and tear. We'll do a final inspection and then process the bond refund.

It's not legally required unless your lease specifically states it. However, a professionally cleaned property helps avoid bond disputes.

We'll arrange it for the day you hand back the keys, or the day before. Make sure all your belongings are removed and the property is clean.

Once we both sign the bond refund form, the Rental Bond Board typically processes it within five to ten business days directly to your bank account.
