Context: A parent meets with a school counsellor to discuss their child being bullied.
Counsellor
Thank you for coming in. I understand there's been an issue with your child. Can you tell me what's happening?

Counsellor
I'm sorry to hear that. Bullying is taken very seriously in our school. We have a zero-tolerance policy. When did this start?

Counsellor
That's very concerning. I'll investigate this immediately. Can you give me the names of the children involved?

Counsellor
I'll speak with their teachers and the principal today. We'll also provide your daughter with support from a wellbeing officer.

Counsellor
That's one option we can consider. But first, let's address the bullying behaviour directly. The school will also contact the other children's parents.
